1. Order Processing
Processing Time:
Most orders are processed within 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Holiday Notice:
During peak seasons (November–December), processing may require an additional 2–3 business days due to high order volume.
Order Changes:
You may request cancellation or address changes before your order ships. Once dispatched, modifications may no longer be possible.
2. Shipping Regions & Carriers
We currently ship to the Continental United States.
Carriers:
Orders are fulfilled through trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL, depending on destination and shipping method selected.
Shipping Limitations:
Certain shipping methods may not support P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories. Availability will be shown at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.
5. Delivery Issues & Support
Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will promptly review and arrange a resolution.
Lost or Missing Packages:
If tracking indicates “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:
1. Check with neighbors or building management
2. Verify the delivery address
If the package remains missing, contact us within 5 days and we will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution.
