I am very happy with this machine. It is fairly easy to place in the right spots because of the small size. It is quiet & the reversing direction of the massage unit inside reaches the right areas.

We found this item uncomfortable to use. the pad with rollers when pressed against the back was awkward to position. we return the item to the store.

I really like this item. It is a a little more of an aggressive massage. So if you don't like that, I would maybe be a little more hesitant.
